St. Jude Medical Center Receives Multiple Recognitions
St. Jude Medical Center has been reported as the latest U.S. News & World Report named St. Jude among the Top 50 Orthopedic Programs in the nation out of 4300 hospitals that were evaluated. Orthopedics is one of the fastest growing needs in the community, and creating a nationally-ranked orthopedics program is how St. Jude chose to respond. Recognition as one of America’s best orthopedic programs is a well-deserved honor for its team of surgeons and staff who are creating extraordinary outcomes for their patients.
In addition, St. Jude was included on U.S. News & World Report’s 2019-20 Best Regional Hospitals list and named high-performing in seven areas, including: colon cancer surgery, hip replacement, knee replacement, heart failure, heart bypass surgery, neurology and neurosurgery and pulmonology.
After evaluating hospitals according to clinical and patient outcomes, Healthgrades named St. Jude one of America’s 100 Best Hospitals in cardiac care, stroke, spine surgery and orthopedics, as well as among the top 5% of all hospitals in quality across specialties and patient experience.
These awards demonstrate St. Jude’s commitment to advancing care and finding new and better ways to meet the needs of the community. They also validate and reaffirm the hard work of the center’s physicians and caregivers.
