This past weekend, Congressman Gilbert R. Cisneros, Jr. (CA-39) attended the dedication of the Fairmont Booster Pump Station in Yorba Linda and toured PepsiCo’s bottling facility in Buena Park. On Monday he toured the district St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton.
“As we strive for sustainable investments in our local businesses and infrastructure, facilities like the new Fairmont Booster Pump Station and PepsiCo’s bottling facility are excellent examples of how environmentally beneficial policies can also be economically beneficial,” said Rep. Cisneros. “I’m proud that our community prioritizes the well-being of our environment and sets the example for others to follow. I will continue to advocate for resilient, reliable, and efficient investments and policies that lead to a cleaner, greener future.”
“It was a pleasure to take a tour of the St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton and meet with their leadership to discuss how to make healthcare more accessible in the 39th District,” said Rep. Cisneros. “I commend St. Jude for their efforts to increase access to healthcare through their outreach programs to enroll uninsured patients in MediCal and Covered California. I will continue to partner with our community to champion affordable healthcare and work in Congress to protect and strengthen the Affordable Care Act, lower prescription drug prices, and ensure that every American has access to the affordable, life-saving care they deserve.”
