  • Orange County Sandalwood Fire - Declaration and Information

    The U.S. Small Business Administration declared the primary county of Riverside and the contiguous counties of Imperial, Orange, San Bernardino, and San Diego a disaster area. This declaration is a result of damages caused by the Sandalwood Fire that occurred 10/10/2019 to 10/14/2019.
     
    The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OS) is providing the enclosed information regarding this declaration. Please inform interested individuals, businesses and city officials within your county of this declaration and information.
     
    Assistance made available by declaration: SBA Physical and Economic Injury Disaster Loans
     
    Who may apply:
    1. Homeowners, renters, businesses of any size and non-profit organizations whose property was damaged or destroyed by the disaster, and
    2. Small businesses and some private non-profit organizations that suffered economic injury as a result of the disaster
