Orange County Community Services – Community Investment Division is searching for qualified board members to serve on the Orange County Development Board. The goal is to find members who share the passion and outlook of building a highly successful local and regional workforce development system. They are seeking diversity, forward thinkers, and results-driven members to support the work of the OCDB. There is a need to collaborate with individuals in business with a focus on the hospitality, tourism, information technology, health care, and advanced manufacturing industries.

In partnership with the Orange County Board of Supervisors, the Orange County Development Board (OCDB) oversees Orange County's workforce development activities. OCDB designs and implements programs and services for businesses, adults, youth, and dislocated workers in accordance with its Strategic Local and Regional Plans. The work aligns the workforce development system with education, training, and economic development initiatives to create a collective response to labor market challenges in Orange County.
