Impact to City Programs
Effective immediately the following Community Services Programs and Activities are canceled through March 31, 2020.
Refunds for programs for which registration has taken place will be refunded/prorated accordingly. If you wish to receive a credit for future registration, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation of Commission and Committee Meetings
Public meetings including those for Commissions and Committees that are non-essential will be postponed until further notice. Special meetings may be convened on a limited basis to address essential city business that cannot be deferred during this period. Planning Commission meetings are considered essential business until further notice.
Modified City Council Meetings
The City Council meeting scheduled for March 24, 2020, will take place in the City Council Chambers. However, the City is encouraging the public to participate via teleconference instead of attending in person to help mitigate risk, especially for high risk populations.
