Prior to coming to Fullerton\, he served with the City of Anaheim since 1993 in various capacities before he was ultimately hired as an Anaheim Police Officer in 2001. Dunn rose up the ranks in Anaheim to Lieutenant at Anaheim PD in 2013.\n\n\n\nChief Dunn earned a Bachelor's Degree from California State University\, Long Beach\, and a Masters of Education from Boise State University. He's a graduate of the University of Southern California's Price School of Public Policy - Safe Communities Institute\, an educational program that provides Law Enforcement Executives with a contemporary approach to public safety by adopting a multidisciplinary and whole-of-community methodology.
