    This course will discuss how to build and manage client and business relationships - understanding your client, their needs and requirements. In today's "relationship economy" both B2B and B2C businesses are expected to go beyond simply doing business on a transactional basis. If they do not buy into you, they will not buy from you. Honing skills for assessing needs, finding common interests, and looking beyond data requests will be explored in this course.

    • Managing business relationships in all phases from first meeting to final payment
    • Importance of building relationships first
    • Building Rapport
    • Understanding relationships in the contracting process (pre and post award)
    • How to avoid the biggest mistake business owners make in relationship building
