Description
Celebrate 50 years of Christmas with the Nixons at the Richard Nixon Presidential Library. The festive ceremony officially kicks off the holidays and marks the special 50th anniversary of First Lady Pat Nixon opening the White House for candlelight tours for the holidays.
Following the ceremony will be the first of only tow Nixon Library Candlelight Evenings to include:
- Photos with Santa in the Oval Office.
- Pat Nixon after hours tours of the Nixon Library galleries, grounds, Apollo 11: One Giant Leap for Mankind exhibit and whimsical new holiday model train show On Track to the Moon and Back.
- Christmas Carols sung by the Orange Lutheran High School Choir.
- Readings of the Night Before Christmas by Mrs. Claus.
- Magic White House East Room entertainment, activities, food and refreshments.
Activities will be inside and outside, so bring a coat.
