- 1 (one) representative/schedule in Career Fair Plus (Audio/Phone)
- Employer profile page with a link showcasing your organization’s unique brand
- Optional
- $40 additional representative/schedule
- $50 video chat (a webcam or built-in camera may be used with either Google Chrome or Firefox)
- You may use your own Zoom/Skype for video chat and save $$
Late Registration $250 (After May 15th)
Cancellation fee $50
- If employers wish to cancel their registration, they must do so at least five (5) business days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All refunds will be subject to a $50 processing fee. If the cancellation deadline is not met, employers will be required to pay the full registration fee, whether or not payment was submitted at the time of registration and/or the employer did not participate in the event.

Virtual Career Fair
Great News! As I am sure you are well aware, COVID-19 (coronavirus) has significantly disrupted our career fair planning and operations. Luckily, our partners at Career Fair Plus have a capability that will allow us to run the fair virtually so that you and our students can interact without the need for a physical presence at the career fair.
How it works:
- We will create 1 schedule per recruiter in Career Fair Plus. The schedules will start at 1:00 pm and end at 4:00 pm with 10-15 minute time slots.
- Students will pick a time slot through Career Fair Plus and book an appointment with you (or designated recruiter).
- You (or designated recruiter) will either connect on a video meeting for a small fee or call the student at the beginning of the time slot and conduct the appointment over the phone. If you choose the video meeting option, Career Fair Plus will provide you with a link and credentials in advance of the fair.
Other Notes
- Recruiters will download Career Fair Plus and sign in to see your schedule. Through the app, recruiters can see each student and their profile that has booked on the recruiter’s schedule.
- Each recruiter will need their own schedule.
