NOCC in partnership with Crittenton presents Human Trafficking Awareness, Prevention & Response Training on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the North Orange County Chamber Offices.
Training will be led by Wendy Mielke, LMFT.
Wendy Mielke, currently a Clinical Director for Crittenton Services, is a Certified CSEC* trainer and Therapist with years of experience working with trafficked youth, providing youth prevention training, and presenting awareness, prevention, & response training to the community.
California is taking a stand against Human Trafficking with the recent adoption of two new bills signed into law, AB 2034 & SB 970, that require training on human trafficking for hotel, motel, rail, & bus employees. The North Orange County Chamber has partnered with member organization Crittenton Services for Children & Families to provide this training to the North Orange County hotel, motel, rail, & bus community.
